Through some of the greatest challenges in my life, I learned that having the right support makes all the difference. And now, I use that lesson to guide people through pivotal moments in their lives.
When I got my real estate license in the summer of 2015, it was a huge accomplishment. I had spent months studying, trying to find any time I could between working full-time at Nordstrom and raising my son. Passing that exam was such a great feeling, knowing it was the start of a new chapter. The excitement was quickly replaced with the devasting news of the loss of my grandmother.
Walking into my first sales meeting with that loss heavy on my heart was very hard. But I went because I knew she would have expected me to. She had always believed in me and wanted me to keep moving forward, no matter the circumstances. That day, I also put in my notice at Nordstrom. I needed to give this new path my full commitment, and I knew that honoring her meant stepping into this next chapter wholeheartedly.
Both my grandmother and my mother supported me at every turn in life, even when I chose a less traditional path. When I went to cosmetology school right after high school, they encouraged me. Later, when I studied fashion merchandising while raising my son, they were proud. And when my relationship with my son’s father ended and we began the journey of co-parenting, they were always there to help. Having people who believed in me gave me the confidence to trust my decisions. And no matter what challenges came my way, I always had people in my corner I could rely on.
For years, I built my career in beauty and fashion. I worked as a hairstylist, collaborated with makeup artists and wardrobe stylists, and eventually joined Nordstrom for their personal stylist program. I loved connecting with people, helping them feel confident, and building relationships through service. But retail had limits. My schedule was demanding, and as my son grew older, I wanted more control over my time. When a promotion opportunity meant relocating, I wasn’t willing to move up in my job if it meant pulling him away from his father and our family.
When I got my real estate license and left Nordstrom, my life completely changed. I started in traditional resale, expanded my knowledge through new construction as an on-site agent for a semi-custom builder, worked with investors on building portfolios, and developed expertise in luxury sales. In 2019, I earned my broker license and became an Associate Broker with Keller Williams. Today, I run a business that is almost entirely referral based because I prioritize relationships and quality service.
Beyond the business, real estate gave me freedom. I was able to be more present for my son through school, sports, and now college. In 2020, after a decade of growing in our own ways, his father and I reconnected and are now married and enjoying this new chapter together as empty nesters. We’ve been able to pay for our son’s education and provide him with his own apartment while he’s at school. Our goal has always been to give him opportunities and set him up for success. Real estate has made that possible, and with plans to grow our investment portfolio, it will continue to play a vital role in our future.
What has carried me through every stage of life is the support of those closest to me, my grandmother, mom, husband, friends, and family. Real estate allows me to channel that same support, encouragement, and guidance to my clients. Having a positive impact on others, just as so many have had on me, is what makes this work truly meaningful.
As a mother and wife, I understand how quickly life evolves and how important it is to have a home that truly supports your lifestyle. I know firsthand the value of creating spaces that bring comfort, stability, and joy. That same perspective guides how I serve my clients, whether you’re purchasing your first home, upgrading or downsizing in size, or starting fresh in a new chapter. With a degree in fashion, I bring a creative eye for design and presentation, helping clients envision the potential in every space. My experience in new home construction means I understand the structure of a home and can help clients plan both big and small changes with confidence.
Education has always been a priority, which is why I’ve earned my broker’s license and pursued advanced certifications in Luxury, Buyer, Seller, Relocation, Negotiation, Investment and VA Loan specialties. With experience mentoring new agents, I also strengthened my own skills, ensuring I understand every aspect of the process. I pride myself on delivering a relationship driven concierge experience, ensuring every client feels supported, understood, and empowered as they transition into their next chapter.
Sincerely,
